Add New Client

This module allows the user to add, different types of clients or Leads. The system will look at different things depending on the type;

The system currently holds those types of "Client":
  • Collections Clients
  • Accounts Receivable Clients (Where you can import debtor invoices)
  • Prospects and Leads (Leads cycle and processes in place)

Step by Step process

  • Click on the [Clients] left side menu option to go to the clients' area
  • The screen that appears allows you to add and look at clients by various options
  • Click on the [Add Client] link at the top right corner of that page
  • This will bring the [Add Client] page
     
  • Fill in any information that you have. If you miss some of the information, you can always go back and edit (update) it.
  • After filling out the details of the client information, click on the button
  • This will save the client details and a pop-up will appear asking to add a [Rate Plan] for that client
  • If no [Rate Plan] is applicable or availible to this client, just click on the button to skip that part
  • You can always go back and add multiple [Rate Plans] for that client
  • Otherwise give a descriptive name to the Client Plan [this will act as a contract or agreement schedule for all the clients debtor accounts]
  • Then select a start and end dates for the schedule
  • Add notes if you wish
  • Finally, click on the button to complete that part

That is it. The New client is now in the system with all the information that you specified.

CLIENT EDIT

  • To go back and edit the client information;
  • Click on the [Clients] left side menu
  • click on the letter that that client's name start with
  • click on the [Edit] ICON on the far right for that client
  • this will bring the [Customer Update] page, where you can make changes to the client information
